Your back is extremely important for you. Your life depends on the health of your back and backbone. But in today’s world which has become quite sedentary and is becoming more so with each passing day, you need to take care of your back and believe us it doesn’t require any heavy gym equipment. You can take care of your back even while sitting on your work chair or at your home. These exercises will improve the overall well-being of your back.
Shoulder rolls

This is the simplest and the most common one. Keep your feet on the floor and sit up straight. Your knees should be hip width apart. Bend your elbows and place your hands on your shoulders. Circle your elbows around in a forward motion, touching your shoulders with your hands. Do this several times then reverse the direction of rotation of our elbows. Repeat several times.
Spinal Twist
Sit on the edge of your chair and keep your back straight with both feet firmly planted on the floor. Knees should be hip width apart. Bend your elbows and put your hands behind your head so that your arms are parallel to the floor. Turn your body to the left then to the right. Repeat this several times.
